Submission

The Pambula Baptist Church (PBC) invites adults and children of the Bega Valley Shire who were affected by the 2019-2020 bushfires to submit entries to an Art and/or Writing Competition .

PLEASE NOTE: only one entry per person is allowed for each category.

Entrants Submission Form

In order to successfully submit your entry to the competition, please download the "Entrance Form" that is available in the downloads section or by clicking on the button below. Fill all the relevant sections and then email to beyondthebushfires@pambulabaptist.org.au.

Please be remided that if you are under 18 years, you must provide written consent from a parent or guardian on the entrance form.

Please be sure to read the Rules carefully. Entries that do not comply with the rules will not be accepted as eligible entries for the exhibition or prizes.

Entries close at midnight September 10th, 2023.

Selected entries will be requested to be delivered to PBC October 16-19 for exhibition. Please refer to the Exhibition section and rules for details.

Once you submit your entry with the relevant form through email, you will then receive a confirmation email with a number allocated to your work for the judging process. If you notice that you haven't received a confirmation email after submission (say with in a week),please contact us via email or phone. Details can be found in Contact us section on this website.
